Pay Fair Woods HOA Dues Online
Do you want to pay your HOA Dues online? You can do so by setting up an account with Sequoia's portal. Please reach out to Larry Gilbert (lgilbert@sequoiamgmt.com).
Payments via the Website will require you to register and set up an online user profile with your Account Number (unique to each address and included on statements).
If you want to pay through your bill pay service, please reach out Lisa Horton for the details.
Please note any bill payment services provided by your bank produce manual checks that are sent directly to the lockbox at the address above. Please initiate the payment at least 5-7 days prior to the date due to ensure these payments are processed in a timely manner. Please indicate your Account Number (included on your Statements) on the memo line of your check.
The HOA Board of Trustees adopted a formal policy resolution in March 2013 that clearly defines the collection process for delinquent assessment accounts.

Trash Violation?
If you see a trash violation, please email our service management company. Please provide as much information as possible: either an address or a section of addresses (e.g., 13150-13158).
Towed?
If you or a visitor has been towed, contact Battlefield Towing at 703-378-0059. Battlefield will also provide services to residents (on Fair Woods property only), including jump-starts, tire changes, and unlocking doors.
